Policies and Procedures for Petroleum Industries 
Introduction: The purpose of this document is to assist in understanding Loxahatchee Electronics
Corporation policies and procedures . Revisions to this manual will be
issued as required.
Distribution Method: Loxahatchee Electronics Corporation uses a variety of distribution methods to our
customers needs and resources. They are designed to maximize efficiency, reduce errors and
streamline shipping.
Installation and Start-Up: Installation and start-up will be coordinated between the distributor and the
purchaser. Cost of installation and start-up will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Support: Normal support hours are: 8:00 am. to 5:00 PM. Eastern time, Monday through Friday

Labor: All labor will not be the responsibility of Loxahatchee Electronics Corporation.
Material Return Procedures: All material being returned under warranty to Loxahatchee Electronics
Corporation must have a Return Authorization Number supplied by Loxahatchee Electronics
Corporation.


Shipping Costs: Loxahatchee Electronics Corporation will pay the cost of shipping replacement parts to
the Buyer for all parts covered under warranty via ground transportation. The Buyer will pay the cost
of shipping the warranted parts to Loxahatchee Electronics Corporation
Shipping Damages: Any shipment contents damaged during transit should be reported to the carrier. It
will be the responsibility of the Buyer to report damage and submit required paperwork.


Warranty Period: Check the warranty page for warranty duration. Loxahatchee Electronics Corporation warrants this product against defects in materials
and workmanship under normal use from the date of factory invoice purchase. If a hardware defect arises
and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law,
Loxahatchee Electronics Corporation will either (1) repair the
hardware defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the product
with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is
at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product.
Loxahatchee Electronics Corporation may request that you replace defective parts with new or
refurbished user-install able parts that Loxahatchee Electronics Corporation provides in fulfillment of its
warranty obligation. A replacement product or part, including a user-install able part that has been
installed in accordance with instructions provided by Loxahatchee Electronics Corporation, assumes the
remaining warranty of the original part. Parts provided by Loxahatchee Electronics Corporation in
fulfillment of its warranty obligation must be used in products for which warranty service is claimed. When
a warranty product is given, the product for which the warranty was issued must be returned to
Loxahatchee Electronics Corporation and becomes Loxahatchee Electronics Corporation’s property.

Warranty Exclusions
A. Warranties do not include intentional damage, damage caused by abuse of equipment,
equipment that has been modified (except with prior written approval from Loxahatchee
Electronics Corporation), equipment that has been subjected to physical or electrical stress,
Equipment that has not been set up properly, and equipment that has been used in a manner
other than its intended use.
B. Warranties do not include damage caused by Acts of God or by changes in operating
conditions including electrical power and telephone lines.
C. Warranties do not include damage to equipment caused by the use of devices, peripherals,
or software not recommended or supplied by Loxahatchee Electronics Corporation.
D. Warranties are void if equipment is opened or disassembled and/or if repair work is done by
persons other than those authorized by Loxahatchee Electronics Corporation.

E. Loxahatchee Electronics Corporation will not be responsible for any lost profits or for claims or
demands against the purchaser by third parties caused by the malfunctioning and/or loss of use
of equipment or software.
